The front desk had a helpful employee named mario. He provided really good service. mario had a friendly attitude and great sense of humor. he even refilled our water bottle, i really appreciated that detail! the staff's friendliness made a big difference.

My room had a spacious layout and calming quiet atmosphere. the bed was very comfy. I had no trouble sleeping. air conditioning worked really well. The heat wave did not affect me at all.

The reception staff members were friendly and helpful. luggage storage service was useful. i was able to leave my bags before check-in and after checking out. the cleaning staff maintained the room very well. I was charmed!

the hotel is in a nice neighbourhood near markets and restaurants. a hop-on and hop-off tour bus stop is just ten minutes away on foot. it was a pleasant walk! i was pleased by the short distance.

the room was spacious it was also clean. breakfast offered many choices i found several things i liked. the hotel is near public transportation i could easily get around.
parking near the hotel was difficult i spent time looking for a spot. i asked for extra towels they arrived late. the in-room safe was not working i had to call maintenance.

The hotel provide a large bed with a firm mattress, it was very nice. The bedsheets feature a good quality, but exist quite a few of them. Breakfast food was nice and diverse. The blackout curtains provide a nice touch and ensure a dark room.
I noticed the carpets did not seem clean. They looked a bit unhygienic, which gave an initial impression of some lack.

The hotel location allow walkability to cafes and shops. The hotel is situated outside the hassle with easy reach to the bus and metro. Transport options is very close and easy to walk into the touristic areas.

Luggage storage exist and is helpful for early arrivals or late departures. Breakfast is excellent and all my needs was perfectly met. The hotel allow garage use.
